A special day deserves a special location! Saying `I will’ to one another is a special moment that deserves a unique wedding location. Our Hamilton Lodge offers this unforgettable location.
A wedding abroad seems to be quite an undertaking, but if you leave the organisation to us, the only thing you have to do is look forward to that big day for which you will travel to one of the most beautiful places in Europe. Just think which of your relatives or friends got married high up on the mountain! Thus your dream comes true and for your guess, too, it will be an unforgettable day!
In summer and winter
Being together in the snow and saying `I will’ to one another there! On a snow scooter to the mountain chapel, perfect winter romance ... Or a marriage ceremony on an alpine meadow amid tinkling cow bells, surrounded by mighty mountain peaks; surely the pinnacle of romance...
At Belalp, at a stone’s throw from the lodge, there is a lovely little chapel in a medieval village, an official wedding location.
An unforgettable party and wedding night.
The lodge is managed by Jacqueline and John personally, which results in high-quality service and a pleasant, personal ambiance. Organising wedding parties is their passion. For them there is nothing finer than to be allowed to participate in the couple’s thinking on how to make that one special day as special as possible. Nothing is impossible, anything can be arranged – from the priest to the bridal bouquet. The pastry cook can make a special and delicious wedding cake and our cook ensures that culinary highlights are served on your wedding day. Jacqueline is a beautician and stylist. She does not only design the furnishing of the lodge but can also pamper the bride with a beautiful bridal make-up.
Wedding weekend (week)
You may also turn the occasion into a wedding weekend or week. The lodge has 22 guest rooms and a honeymoon suite with jacuzzi and a Hästens bed. After an excellent dinner, a fantastic party and a wonderful night, the next morning you can enjoy an exclusive and extensive (farmer’s) breakfast with your family and best friends.
