A The Settlers Inn wedding is a cherished memory created with thoughtful attention to detail. Our professional and courteous staff will assist you with every aspect of your special day — including florists, musicians, photographers (and more).

The Inn's 25-year tradition of fresh farm-to-table cuisine and fine service will allow you to breathe easy and enjoy time with family, friends and your special someone in our Arts and Crafts-inspired gathering areas, manicured herb and flower gardens, or comfortable and eco-friendly guest rooms.

All Weddings include:

• The Undercroft, our private dining room with seating capacity for 125 guests
• A cocktail hour with open bar featuring premium brands of liquor, beers and wine plus three additional hours of open bar during the reception
• Champagne Toast (A non-alcoholic option is available)
• All menus include a selection of our housemade artisan breads
• Custom wedding cake designed and created by the Settlers Inn pastry chef
• Beautiful ivory linen tablecloths and napkins
• Event coordinator to assist with planning and orchestrating your reception
• All rates include tax and service. A twenty dollar discount will be applied for guests under age twenty-one. Children under twelve are discounted forty percent and there is no charge for children under three.

Optional Additions:

• Set up for on site wedding ceremony (garden or riverside): $350.00
• Dance floor: $150.00
• Tent (garden or outdoor reception): priced accordingly
• Specialty table linens: priced accordingly

The Settlers Inn prides itself on providing a distinctive ambiance for your wedding reception. For the safety and comfort of all guests and to assure a pleasant and memorable experience, please take a moment to review this information.

• All packages quoted include six percent Pennsylvania Sales Tax and service charges.
• We request a twenty percent deposit within fourteen days of booking your reception. Cancellations must be received within thirty days of booking the event. Final payment is requested seven days prior to the reception by cash or check. An additional fee of three percent is charged for credit card payments.
• Please deliver all items pertinent to your reception such as favors, place cards, cake server, etc. at least twenty-four hours prior to your reception.
• Final arrangements such as menu changes, estimated guest counts and table arrangements are requested two weeks prior.
• We reserve the right to regulate the volume of music.
• Kindly do not attach decorations or displays to walls, doors, windows or ceilings.
• All food and beverage items must be prepared and presented by The Settlers Inn.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises and are permitted in the reception area, terrace, patio and garden.
• We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any guest at the function who is not 21 years of age and/or limit the consumption of any guest, for everyone’s safety and comfort
