CAVATELLI ALLO SCOGLIO

Ingredients :
4 shrimp
1 / 2 kg of clams cottage
1 / 2 kg of mussels
1 / 2 kg of squid
1 scorpion rock
4 fresh tomatoes
1 clove garlic
oil
chili
white wine to taste
Instructions :
Sauté garlic, onion, celery and parsley, finely chopped in olive oil. Golden fried shrimp to add 4, 1 / 2 kg of clams cottage, 1 / 2 kg of mussels, 1 / 2 kg of squid, 1 scorpion rock and let it simmer. Pull the sauce with white wine. Halfway through cooking remove redfish, clean it and put in the pot only the flesh of the fish. Add 1 / 2 kg of tomatoes, another bunch of parsley and finish cooking for about 20 minutes. Skip the sauce and serve cavatelli "al dente".
