Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients :
Rice, oil, butter, onion, white wine, salt, Porcini Mushrooms, Parmigiano cheese.
Instructions :
Put in a pot oil, butter and onion. After a while, add Porcini mushrooms and let it cook for a few minutes; add white wine and than rise. Stir continuously and little by little add hot soup (boiled apart). When rise is cooked, add some more butter and Parmigiano cheese.
