The Premier Dining in Leavenworth For over 15 years now, the Lodge has offered the premier dining experience in the Upper Valley under the direction of Head Chef Thomas Obregon. Our 4-course prix-fixe evening menu is prepared for only 10 private tables in the inviting environs of the Lodge's grand room. The "ultimate" dining experience blends outstanding gourmet cuisine and spectacular scenery into an forgettable evening. The event begins with a selection of fine wines and beers with appetizers enjoyed in the warm, rustic room or perhaps outside on the spacious decks overlooking the grandeur of the Cascade Mountains. The evening's created dinner highlights fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. The menu commence with fresh baked bread and a seasonal salad or soup, followed by an exquisite entree with vegetables and accompaniments and closing with a spectacular dessert, Italian roasted coffees and teas.
