Oasis

A full-service restaurant, the Oasis at Las Alamandas, is surrounded by palm trees overlooking the ocean. Meals are served on the terrace to the beat of Mexican music. In the evenings, the gardens are illuminated and the terrace is candlelit.  Dinner parties may be arranged with mariachis and bonfires. The Oasis Restaurant is well-versed in a variety of gourmet cooking styles. Las Alamandas’ Executive Chef Alejandro Aguilar Morales creates wonderfully exotic and delectable dishes of Sushi, Mexican regional, Continental, and American fusion cuisine. All ingredients are fresh; fish and seafood are brought in daily from local fisherman; eggs and chicken are free-range; and most fruits and vegetables (and all herbs) are grown organically on the property. Exotic Spanish, French, Argentinian, Chilean and Mexican wines have been hand-picked to enhance the flavor of Chef Morales’ creations, and irresistible pastries prepared fresh daily are sure to delight. For festive relaxation, owner Isabel Goldsmith-Patiño has developed a tropical tequila & margarita bar featuring tantalizing concoctions made from the resort’s magical herbs and exotic fruits.

The oasis is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
