Our restaurant at Tenuta di Canonica is the perfect place for a relaxing and romantic dinner. We are pleased to give the opportunity to our guests to savor and taste traditional Umbrian and Mediterranean cuisine based on seasonal ingredients of the highest quality. Our dishes are complimented with Extra Virgin Olive oil produced from the ancient olive trees located in our property, freshly made pasta and a choice of excellent wines from the most famous Umbrian vineyards. Dinner is served either in the outside terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape or in the refined atmosphere of the dining room. Starting this year you can dine in the informal, modern wine bar located in the ancient Roman cellar.
Our chef’s expertise is concentrated on Central Italy cuisine with particular attention to the use of fresh seasonal ingredients.
