Every dish you will savour during your stay at Cinciallegre , is chosen and prepared by Maria Cristina, the owner and cook.

Le Cinciallegre have been invited on TV during the programme "PROVA DEL CUOCO " to show how to make the Walnut Bread. The show has been a great appreciation for the dedication and professionality of Maria Cristina and for her passion and capacity as chef and entrepreneur.

If you are coming from the North (Milan, Venice, Pisa, Florence, etc.) then travel south on the A1 motorway (highway) and take the Val di Chiana exit. Follow signs for Perugia/Cesena and take the E45 road until you leave it at the Umbertide-Gubbio exit.

If you are coming from the South (Rome, etc.) then travel north on the A1 motorway (highway) and take the Orte exit. Follow signs for Perugia/Cesena and take the E45 road until you leave it at the Umbertide-Gubbio exit. From the Umbertide-Gubbio exit you follow National Road 219 toward Gubbio for 16km at which point you reach the village of Mocaiana. Be ready to see on your right a minor road toward Pisciano which you take for 1.5km. Now turn right again toward Pisciano-Nerbisci which, travelling uphill all the way for some 5.5km, will bring you to Cinciallegre. The last 2.5km are on unsurfaced road. You will see our signs from Mocaiana onward.
