User Review Of This Restaurant:
We happened upon this small caffe, while walking along Via dell'Opio nel Corso. It is a small cafe with only 6-8 tables, but the warmth of the owner and his wife ( and cook), transforms the caffe into a very special experience. The food was phenomenal:incredible preparation and presentation and served with great attention to detail. An example, we ordered a glass of wine and the owner came with 5 bottles. We asked the sangiovese and he insisted that we have a taste of each wine before he would allow us to choose a wine. The meal was a great value and was served at a leisurely pace. We would visit Montepulciano again, just to have another meal at A Gambe di Gatto.
