Review Of This Restaurant:
The restaurant, Del Fagioli, serving Florentine specialties was opened by Luigi Zucchini in 1960, as a family-run business. The rustic furnishings are the same as they were on opening day, and give the restaurant a very traditional atmosphere. In the past, the premises were a coal house, but they have served as a restaurant for nearly one hundred years. It is believed that under the Medici, Fagioli (the family’s resident cook and poet) used these same premises as a theater.
