The Poggio Rosso restaurant, winner of international awards, offers traditional Tuscan dishes imaginatively revisited and accurately prepared using locally-sourced ingredients. The carefully researched wine list offers over two hundred selected labels. While intended for guests at Borgo San Felice, the restaurant is also open to diners who are not staying at the hotel.
