The ravioli di brasato con sugo di brasato (ravioli filled with a roast beef filling)is heavenly. An endless list of fine wines from the area to accompany your meal will make you all the merrier. Giorgio, who now runs the restaurant, is the third generation of the same family that first opened the inn way back in 1890. Prato Gaio is located in the rolling hills of the Oltrepò Pavese area about 60 kms south of Milan. The cost of a meal will be around €40-50 (4 courses) including wine.
