Conte di Carmagnola with its romantic dining room and panoramic terrace is virtually a terrace on the lake. It offers international cuisine with strong links to the territory on typical regional tastes, without overlooking fresh sea food, which is also offered together with our home -made pasta. The menu also contains dishes that enhance the delicacy of the lake fish, including a typical dish of Clusane, oven-baked tench with polenta.
Our Chef paid special attention to our own olive oil, with dedicated dishes such as: Tortelli with mousse made from our extra-virgin oil; Green celery risotto with our extra-virgin oil.
Our Maitre takes great care in suggesting the best wine-food combination, especially with the Franciacorta DOCG Brut Millesimato Satin, Rosè or in the excellent Cuvèe wich are a pleasant accompagniment to whole meal.
