Cellar One

The stylish Cellar One Restaurant is at the heart of the hotel with truly individual design features. Leading from the Pink Mezzanine down the elegant stairs into Cellar One Restaurant is impressive, and from here on your evening will continue in this same vein. Cellar One has recently introduced its new casual menu with a twist.Sample some of the excellent produce and good value dishes on its new menu. Cellar One is recognised as one of the coolest locations in town where all aspects of the palate are catered for. Choose from Cajun Spiced Calamari to Smoked Duck Breast Salad to name some of its many smaller dishes. Sharing Plates such as its Jumbo Panko Crumbled Prawns are not to be missed! For those of you who would prefer a different option, chef Ian MacMonagle recommends the Bangers and Mash and the delicious Dark Chocolate Fondue with Fruits and Marshmallows, which will go down a treat.

Chef Ian McMonagle has beautifully combined local produce with international influences which will fall nothing short of offering gastric delight. As well as great creative flair there is a clear understanding of food evident all the way through this menu.
