Our head chef, Klaus Dill last year was awarded "The best frankonian chef". His style is a mixture of traditional and modern frankonian cuisine.

The restaurant in the Romantik Hotel Zur Schwane reached last year the 15th piont in the Gault Millau. It is one of the 200 best Restaurants in Germany.

The prices for a menu are between 39,90 and 78,- EUR.

Our restaurant is closed mondays for lunch.

Our „SCHNABBERLI - MENU“ Dear Madam/ Sir, with this menu we want to offer you a special experience and give you the understanding of our Franconian wine landing a culinary way. You get the menu with an assortment of small „SCHNABBERLI“, i.e. the courses 1-3 are each typical Franconian delicacies. The main course, fish or meat, you can choose down to your whim. At cheese and dessert we also present you our general regional products. However allow us to surprise you with the diversity “our Schwane – kitchen”.
