La Mirande

At the feet of the Papal Palace, La Mirande suggests a tasty gourmet menu with biological and farm products, which gives all their sense to the words "Country" and "Seasons".

“La Salle Cardinalice”, the main room of the restaurant dates back to the cardinal’s palace with a remarkable double-coffered ceiling. In the winter a fire crackles in the fireplace, and when the weather is fine, the restaurant focuses on the terrace and the garden at the foot of the palace of the Popes.

La Mirande offers two particulars rooms like:

The Napoleon III, a little dinning room next to the Salle Cardinalice, set up in one oval table for about 15 guests

The Louis XV room, overlooking the garden and the Popes Palace, set up in round tables for about 35 guests

The Guest Table

In the old kitchen, every Tuesday and Wednesday night, the chef of the guest table invites fourteen people to share his passion and prepares dishes which were created at the moment he returned from the market.
