Review Of This Restaurant:
A great local restuarant in a small village between the pretty fortified town of Belleme and the bustling market town of Mortage au Perche in the Perche Nature Park. The food is innovative, but light and certainly tasty using local French ingredients. Simple dishes like chicken in white wine sauce or the local Boudin Noir ( black sausage) with local apples and cheese...delicious! There are fixed price menus starting at 11 euros! The owner, Laurent, cooks and the front of house is looked after by his wife, Karine. Nothing is too much trouble and this is some of the best food in the region.
