Restaurant Cote Loire Summary:
The restaurant offers 7 tables in a very typical French atmosphere. The limited menu changes every few days to take advantage of the freshest ingredients. We propose to you a choice of 5 starters, 5 main courses, and 5 desserts. The kitchen is just off the bar and the door is always open.
Restaurant Cote Loire Chef Information:
Laurent, the chef, has owned the hotel and the restaurant with Thierry since 2004. He was working before in the best restaurant of the areas and when he began cooking he worked in the French ministry and at the Elysees palace.
Restaurant Cote Loire Hours:
Open from Tuesday to Saturdays, from 12 to 1.30pm and 7.30 pm to 9 .00 pm.
Open all the year except January.

This is a charming small hotel right in Blois, France. Laurent & Thierry were our hosts, and made us feel valued and welcome. Laurent is an excellent chef and we strongly recommend having an evening meal at this hotel. The food was wonderful.
The hotel is charming and is a superior value for the price. We would recommend this location for a tour of the Loire valley and the chateaus.
