From June 1st till September 30th, discover the spices and flavours of the true Renaissance cuisine with Sieur Sausin, master chef and historic gastronome. Having hosted events in Versailles, and recently in Chambord for Nicolas Sarkozy and the European Ambassadors, Sieur Sausin works together with famous historians ensuring all his dishes correspond precisely to what was served in 1530. His restaurant is located in Leonardo da Vinci's home, in the XVth century priory, so can be ideally combined with a visit to the Renaissance genius'home, now a museum. On New Year's Day and Easter Saturday, Chateau de La Barre organises exclusive lunches for their guests with Sieur Sausin
