User Review Of This Restaurant:
A Japanese-American friend took me to lunch at Yamada for my first visit. Lunch was a bento box which was beautifully prepared and very delicious. Dinner is a choice of 5, 6 or 7 courses. I've always had the 6 course meal and it is perfect. You are given a choice of meat or fish (or vegetarian) and the rest is a surprise. Yamada has become our favorite restaurant in Antwerp. The restaurant is small and intimate. The chef is Japanese, his wife, Belgian. Service is perfect and the wine list is quite nice, too.
