Hotel Charlotte has several choices of Vacation Rentals to choose from, ranging from a Hunting Lodge on the ridge above the town of Groveland in a rural setting, to Condominiums within walking distance of the Pine Mountain Lake Golf and Country Club which is open to the public. Condo Charlotte - 2 bedroom 3 bathroom sleeps up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, BBQ on the patio, clothes washer & dryer.

Dyer Court Duplex - Two side by side 3 bedroom 2 bathroom houses, rent one to sleep up to 9 people, or rent the entire building and have 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms to sleep as many as 18 people.  Each side has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with propane fireplace, and decks in front and back looking onto the mounains and golf course.

Tri Plex Condos - Three units to choose from, Aspen, Birch, or Cedar, or book all three for your large group needs. Aspen is 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Birch and Cedar are each a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, sleeps up to 8 people each. All have clothes washer/dryer, propane fireplace, high speed internet computer, outside decks.

Guide Guys Hunting Lodge is a rural setting with a great night sky, which can be rented by the room, by the level/floor, or in total. Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and Queen bed, and two bedrooms that share a bath in the hall, one has 2 single beds, the other has a queen bed. There is a full kitchen, dining and living area upstairs, and outside decks. Downstairs is an open floor plan 800 square foot room with a king bed and a queen bed, plus a futon couch/bed, one bathroom, and partial kitchen.

Hotel Charlotte’s Vacation Rentals are handled as an extension of the hotel, all linens and towels are provided, and breakfast is included daily at Cafe Charlotte. There is no cleaning fee, but a security deposit may apply. Most units have high speed internet computers and/or WiFi, as well as satellite TV.
