Telegraph Hill Vacation Rental:

Located just two blocks from Washington Square Inn (and all the great restaurants and shops in North Beach) is a large two bed room/one bath flat, with beautifully maintained original hardwood floors. The living room is comfortably furnished with authentic leather furniture (includes a pull out queen bed) and a fireplace, and flat screen TV. The apartment has views of Alcatraz on San Francisco Bay, and full views of Russian Hill and Nob Hill. The main bedroom is luxuriously decorated with a combination of antiques, paired with contemporary furniture, another flat screen TV and a king bed. An additional bedroom/sunroom has a trundle day bed(sleeps two). This room leads out to a deck, which  has great views of  Golden Gate Bridge as well as Russian  & Nob Hill and is perfect for watching the sun set over the Bay. There is a large gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped, down to your own coffee maker and a six burner Wolf range. A one car covered and secure garage is included.The Vacation rental is self contained and does not include Breakfast or any food service.

Reservation Information and Policies,Four persons maximum occupancy
3 night minimum stay required, except on Holidays when there is a 5 night stay required
Full payment charged to Visa or Mastercard at time of booking
In addition a security deposit of $150 is charged (refundable if house left in neat and undamaged  condition.)
Cancellations
30 day notice required for full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations with less than 30 days notice,- no refund or credit will be given.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:
THERE ARE TWO LONG FLIGHTS OF STAIRS LEADING FROM THE  GARAGE UP TO THE FLAT. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE ELDERLY OR DISABLED
Smoking restricted to outside areas and gardens (please dispose of your cigarette butts cigarette butts properly - thank you).
·         A cleaning fee will be charged if guests smoke indoors
·         Check in time is from 3pm-6pm
·         To guarantee our arrival times our 11 am check out time stands firm.
·         linens and towels, and bath amenities are provided
