Karen's Review Of This Property:

Just off Hwy 29 at the corner of El Bonita, on the outskirts of Saint Helena, the Vineyard Country Inn backs onto an expanse of vineyards. Constructed to resemble a French country manor, the inn’s attention to detail and the quality of appointments are impressive. Handsome slate roofs dotted by whimsical brick chimneys top the complex of buildings. A path winds from the main building, which houses the lobby and attractive breakfast room, past the enclosed pool and Jacuzzi, through patches of flowering garden to the guestrooms. Accommodations are all suites enjoying a sitting area in front of a wood-burning fireplace, and a bedroom furnished with either a king bed or two queen sleigh beds. The decor is clean and elegant in its simplicity. Bathrooms have lovely tile and wallpaper and are beautifully fresh and modern. Under beamed ceilings, the downstairs bedrooms (except for two) open onto patios; all the upstairs rooms open onto private decks. The Vineyard Country Inn’s guestrooms are spacious and offer excellent value for money in comparison to other luxury accommodation in the valley. A bountiful breakfast buffet is served and trays are available so that you can take your repast back to the privacy of your room.
