Mansion House Sketch

Karen's Review Of This Property:

The Mansion House, originally built in 1794 was completely recreated in 2003. The opportunities for building anew have been handsomely captured, providing many rewards for the lucky traveler as guest. Conveniences and amenities are top priority. Among the new rooms are suites with sitting rooms and separate bedrooms, some with private balconies. All are wonderful for those coming to enjoy this property, especially for its extensive spa services. There’s so much within the new walls that leaving will require a fair amount of effort. The restaurant Zephrus, Seafood & Grill, highly rated by Zagat, serves delicious meals to accommodate guest time and preference. Guests who forget that this is a dry town (no alcohol) may have deliveries made from a neighboring town. A gourmet buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant or on the porch. Many guests use the hand painted room trays to bring breakfast up to the spectacular roof deck cupola where you can look down onto the harbor or gaze at the neighboring houses and church steeples. Under the building, there is a 75-foot indoor pool, mineral spring pool, and adjoining spa facility. A health club, with sauna and steambath, has trainers to guide you through exercise programs including yoga, aerobics, and conditioning. This inn is almost a town unto itself, with all that it offers, including boutiques to tantalize its browsers.
