Karen's Review Of This Property:
The Isaiah Hall Bed & Breakfast Inn sits on a street running parallel to Route 6A, which gives it the simple advantage of being away from the hustle and bustle of the principal tourist route along the north shore of Cape Cod. This farmhouse was built in 1857 by Isaiah Hall, whose grandfather cultivated the first cranberry bogs for which the Cape is so deservedly famous. There are twelve guestrooms in the main house and the adjoining carriage house. The attractively furnished, air-conditioned rooms, with double, queen, and king beds, are equipped with TV/VCRs, wireless internet access, clock-radios, hairdryers, and bathrobes. One suite has a king four-poster pine bed, a sitting room with a pullout sofa, a refrigerator, and a balcony overlooking the gardens at the rear of the inn. A great breakfast awaits you in the dining room at one of two tables (the 12-foot cherry table is wonderful and gives you the chance to meet fellow guests) as well as tea and something delicious in the late afternoon. For relaxing, there’s a porch with rockers and a comfortable parlor. It’s only a short stroll to the sandy beach, and the street on which the inn is located just begs for you to walk along its length and admire the neighboring homes.
