Karen's Review Of This Property:
Sutter Creek is a charming Gold Country town whose main street is bordered at either end by New England-style residences with their green lawns and neatly clipped hedges. One of these attractive homes is the Foxes, an idyllic hideaway where every spacious guestroom is decorated with great flair and offers the maximum amount of privacy for guests. The symbol of the inn is a fox and the perky fellow appealingly pops up in several places. We especially love the Victorian and Anniversary rooms, found upstairs in the main house, with their luxurious tiled bathrooms, walk-in showers, and antique claw-foot tubs. Another especially attractive room is the spacious Honeymoon Suite, a most elegant bedchamber where a large brick fireplace overlooks a magnificent bed and an antique armoire. Sparkling crystal chandeliers light the large bathroom. Most of the rooms have fireplaces, TVs, VCRs, and all have refrigerators placed in antique armoires. Each room has a sitting area with a table for breakfast, which is cooked to order and brought to your room with silver service accompanied by a large pot of coffee or tea. Monique, Mike and Morgan definitely pamper their guests.
