Karen's Review Of This Property:
Deborah and Douglas Thomsen welcome their guests with genuine hospitality. Rooms are found across the garden in the Carriage House with its western-motif living room. The Fireside room has a country-English motif, four-poster bed, fireplace and a deck overlooking the vineyards and countryside. The Countryside room has soft linen floral fabrics with silk drapes and a deck with wonderful countryside views. Each room enjoys its own sitting area in addition to sharing the central living room. A third room, the Garden View, is located in the main house and has its own entrance and deck. It has a King feather bed, seating area and fireplace. Deborah not only serves a full breakfast each morning in the main house, but also delights in assisting her guests plan their sightseeing—she helped us with our wine itinerary of the Paso Robles area and has lots of great information on the nearby coastal region. Deborah was an interior designer before she and Doug left southern California to live in the country and build their dream home.
