Twenty Two Jermyn Street Sketch

Karen's Review Of This Property:

Henry Togna’s grandfather opened Twenty Two Jermyn Street in 1915 as "residential chambers", in-town accommodation for country squires. Now it’s a gracious townhouse hotel on an upscale street in close proximity to West End theatres and Piccadilly. A long hallway leads you between the shopfronts of Hawkes and Curtis, bespoke gentlemen’s tailors, and Bates, a wonderful old-fashioned gentlemen’s hat shop. A small reception area is located at the foot of the stairs (there are no public rooms) leading to the accommodations on the floors above. Double rooms (known as studios) and suites are beautifully appointed with a mix of antique and modern furnishings, bold fabrics, fresh flowers, and crisp linens. The modern granite bathrooms are all equipped with choice toiletries, hairdryers, and comfortable robes. In addition to presenting an extensive breakfast menu for delivery to your room, the kitchen provides light meals and snacks around the clock and even supplies bread for feeding the ducks in nearby St. James’s Park. Guests are provided with a free membership of a local health club and swimming pool. From taking you jogging to advising you about everything London, the staff is extremely friendly and the location is perfect. Nearest Underground: Piccadilly Circus.
