The Casa Cid de León is a mirror of the vibrant personality of owner/operator Lety de Cid de León and indeed, each of the four suites follows a theme taken from some aspect of, or time in, Lety’s life. The decoration and design are at once eclectic but delicate, and sophisticated. Lety cares profoundly about her small bed and breakfast and takes great care in selecting only the finest linens and top-quality furnishings, and ensuring that fresh flowers abound in all the rooms. You could literally spend days in your room and still be discovering something new. If you are traveling with family, Lety can certainly accommodate you, as a couple of the rooms offer additional space or a connection with other rooms. The hotel has three floors, with the third being a rooftop terrace that serves as the dining room, lounge and bar. Although there is no restaurant on the premises, Lety has made arrangements with a couple of restaurants close by that deliver anything on their menus. Casa Cid de León is located right in the heart of downtown Oaxaca, making it perfect for exploring this truly wonderful city. There are so many markets and shops in Oaxaca and nearby, that staying somewhere right in the middle is extremely convenient.
