Karen's Review Of This Property:
If you yearn for a secluded, supremely luxurious hideaway just steps from one of Mexico’s finest beaches (Playa La Ropa), nothing can surpass El Murmullo, a sister hotel of the beautiful La Casa Que Canta. This tiny, four-guestroom, boutique-style hotel looks like something featured in Architectural Digest—a cluster of pastel peach-colored towers topped by palapa roofs, snuggled on a private rocky outcrop overlooking the ocean and the beach. There is no hint that El Murmullo is a hotel. Even when you step through the massive wooden doorway it seems you might have inadvertently entered an exquisite private residence—perhaps one owned by royalty. With a dedicated staff that even includes a chef to serve a maximum of eight guests, you will be totally pampered from the moment you arrive. Each of the beautifully decorated, romantic guestrooms opens fully to the sea breezes and has a private terrace or garden and its own plunge pool. There is also a spectacular infinity swimming pool tucked into the rocks where the water seems to blend seamlessly into the blue of the sea. Although you probably won’t want to stray from your personal paradise, all the facilities of La Casa Que Canta are available to the guests of El Murmullo, including its spa, swimming pool, restaurant, and gift shop.
