Karen's Review Of This Property:
When you arrive at the Todos Santos Inn, you will be warmly greeted by your gracious host, John Stoltzfus. During a weekend trip to southern Baja, John was introduced to Todos Santos, a tiny, low-key village in Mexico with old-world character, lovely weather, art galleries, great restaurants, colorful boutiques, low-cost real estate, and a beach nearby. He was drawn immediately to the town; so much that he left the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, purchased the Todos Santos Inn and moved in just four months later. The building was originally a 19th-century hacienda built in the middle of town and the former owner had transformed the derelict, but once-grand, old brick home into a charming small inn. The two standard guestrooms are in the original part of the house, while the other six are air-conditioned garden suites located in two buildings built with such skill that you would never know they were new. All of the spacious rooms exude great taste with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, hand-carved furniture, heavy French doors, Oriental rugs, antique prints on the walls, great bathrooms accented with Talavera tiles, and very comfortable beds. New additions include a heated swimming pool (exclusively for guests), and the La Copa Wine Bar nestled in the lush tropical gardens (enjoyed by guests and locals). Continental breakfast is included.
