Karen's Review Of This Property:

The Hotel Villa Odino makes an excellent option for hotel accommodation when visiting Venice—especially if you prefer to return to the tranquility of the countryside in the evening. The hotel is about a kilometer from the train station where a 20-minute journey brings you into the heart of the city. However, it isn’t just its convenience to Venice that makes the Villa Odino such an excellent choice—this jewel of a little hotel would be a winner anyway. The handsome mansion, built in the gentle countryside on the banks of the River Sile, dates back to 1563 when it was a residence for emissaries of the Bishop of Torcello. The mansion has been meticulously restored by the charming Pasini family (including three lovely daughters) who personally manage the hotel, showering attention on their guests. One daughter, beautiful Enrica, showed us around the attractively decorated home. Every detail exudes loving attention, with fresh flowers everywhere and each room individually decorated in an appealing, homelike way. All of the guestrooms are spacious and have large modern bathrooms. My favorite rooms are those in a separate wing facing the pool, each of which has French doors opening onto a private terrace.
