Karen's Review Of This Property:

Waterloo House is two tall Georgian townhomes cleverly combined to become a delightful guesthouse. Just a 15-minute walk to St. Stephen’s Green and Trinity College, it is well set back from one of Dublin’s quieter streets and has parking in front. Evelyn Corcoran and her friendly staff really try hard to look after their guests. Soft strains of classical music play in the lobby sitting room and there’s an elevator for luggage and for those who do not want to climb as many as four flights of stairs. Whether your bedroom is on the garden level or at the top of the house, you’ll be pleased with its smart décor. Rooms are cozy in size with king bedded rooms, overlooking the garden, being the most spacious. Breakfast is taken downstairs in the breakfast room that opens up to a sunny conservatory and gardens. Keycards give you access to the front door as well as your room so that you can come and go on your own timetable. There are lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and Evelyn has comprised a “guide” giving useful eatery recommendations and pricing.
