Romantik Hotel Der Kleine Prinz (The Little Prince) is a most appealing luxury hotel, conveniently located close to shopping, parks, the elegant casino, and spa facilities in the popular resort town of Baden-Baden. The owners, Edeltraud and Norbert Rademacher, are often at the reception to greet guests personally. Norbert worked in hotels in the United States for many years and is much attuned to American tastes. Edeltraud is responsible for the decor of the lovely rooms. She loves English and French antiques and has taken great care in choosing fabrics, carpet, and bathroom decor to complement the lovely furniture, so you find the Louis XVI room very different from the English Victorian room. Their gracious son, Andreas, has joined the family entourage, and his presence only serves to enhance the level of professionalism and courtesy. Many of the bedrooms are suites with separate sitting areas—all have every luxurious appointment and a great many have whirlpool tubs. As a whimsical touch, The Little Prince, the irresistible hero from St. Exupéry’s heartwarming fable, is painted grandly on the exterior, features in a large mural in the dining room, and appears as some memento in each guestroom. The Rademachers have secured the best seats for their hotel guests at the opera house—the largest in Europe.

This hotel takes its name from "The Little Prince", the hero of Saint-Exupéry's fairytale. A tour of the hotel transports the visitor to the world portrayed in the story. Each room and suite has its own individual character. Many of the rooms and suites feature an open fireplace, a sunny balcony or even a jacuzzi. Many attractions are easy to reach on foot, e.g. the thermal baths, Kurhaus and Casino, Festival Hall, Burda Museum, Kurpark and Kongresshaus. Ask at the hotel for accomodation, golf, wellness and Festival Hall packages.
