Karen's Review Of This Property:

This is an enchanting complex of thatched cottages nestled amongst beautiful English gardens. The front entry and reception are spacious and open to the second story. Stepping down off the entry, to one side is a bar whose windows look out to the pool and lawn and on the other is the cozy, narrow breakfast room. There are eight guestrooms on the ground floor with large shuttered windows opening onto a private garden terrace. The rooms are small and cozy, with two small chairs, the bed, and private bathroom. Upstairs, the four guestrooms are a little longer and feel a bit more spacious under vaulted ceilings. They also enjoy private balconies tucked into the thatched roofline. With the exception of room 42, which has an entry large enough to accommodate a twin bed, the rooms vary little with the exception of decor and color. There is also a duplex available in a separate building. The restaurant, which serves exceptional food, is found off the entry terrace and in warm weather the tables overflow to the garden terrace. You could strip this inn of its ambiance and charm and I would still recommend it as I don’t remember when we have been made to feel more genuinely welcome and embraced by such warm and gracious service. This is a wonderful inn.

Directions: From Pont Audemer travel south on the D810 in the direction of Bernay and then after 400 meters turn off to the east towards Campigny. From this point the hotel is well signed.
