Karen's Review Of This Property:
The Domaine d’Aurouze, a handsome stone farmhouse dating from the 17th century, is secreted in the glorious countryside of the Luberon with its lovely scenery and fascinating perched villages. Do not think because the rate is so very reasonable that you are in any way compromising on value—quite the contrary. Domaine d’Aurouze is an outstanding place to stay, and would be a bargain at any price. Viviane runs the bed and breakfast in a most professional manner complimented with her gracious welcome and hospitality. All the guestrooms are spacious, pleasantly decorated, and have fine bathrooms. My favorite room in the house is the dining room. The walls of the room are exposed stone, a beautiful antique clock hangs on the wall, and a lovely antique cabinet is tucked into one corner. The room is as cozy as can be. However, when the weather is mild, breakfast is served outside on the terrace beside the lovely swimming pool. Although, Viviane does not provide evening meals she does, graciously make a kitchen available to guests for their own culinary attempts!
