Karen's Review Of This Property:

Villa d’Estelle so well located in Cannes, is only a two minute walk to the beaches of La Croisette and to the famous Palais des Festivals. This 19th century three-story house was owned by Claire’s grandmother. Claire and Mathieu, a young, energetic couple, will do their best to make your stay unforgettable. After living in the house they began renting rooms. They then decided to expand the property and now offer twenty-three rooms, either “classic” in the old mansion, or “luxurious” in the new addition. All the ensuite rooms are soundproof, have their own kitchen, air-conditioning, and a terrace or balcony with a partial view of the sea or of the pool and a magnificent church. The four-bedroom penthouse has a panoramic view of the sea. In the new section the suites have all the amenities one desires: liquid screen tv, internet access, bathroom with either shower with multiple jets or Jacuzzi. In the original section antique and charm are the key words. My favorite rooms are numbers 21 and 11. All are fully renovated, some with hand-painted ceilings, beams and fireplaces, and Provencal furniture. Another captivating area is a little terrace with wooden chairs, tables and bar facing a small pool. You will feel you are in a little hamlet of peace. Claire and Mathieu welcome guests in an intimate, genuinely warm spirit.
