Karen's Review Of This Property:
The Château de Sully affords the traveler a convenient base from which to explore Normandy. Just to the north of Bayeux at the end of a tree-lined drive, this beautiful 18th-century château is set on an expanse of green lawn with gorgeous gardens at the back—an elegant hotel. The dining room is lovely, with a color scheme of blues and beiges from table linens to drapes to china, and has an enclosed outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. Public rooms run the length of the château at the back and also enjoy beautiful garden views. The games room with its billiard table is a social place to settle, the bar with its intimate clustering of tables is most attractive, and the grand sitting room is very pretty. Of the 22 guestrooms 13 are found in the main château and the rest in the neighboring Petite Manoir. Although classification of rooms varies from standard to suite, the difference is not in the elegance, the comfort, or style of furnishings but rather in the size of room and location. There is only one suite, number 17, a romantic room draped in a handsome fabric of reds and greens. The annex rooms, which share the building with the fitness room and indoor pool, are more modern and a bit larger and two on the garden level enjoy their own terrace.

HOTEL RESPONSE:
Our hotel is situated just near a small road, connecting Bayeux and Port-en-Bessin, which used by local people usually in daytime. However all our rooms have a adapted double glass windows. We don't have air-conditioning in our property in our area it's not really necessary, it's not very hot, particularly in October...It's quite interesting to acknowledge that the wall which is on perimeter of our place is stonewall of XVIII century...
We are very sad that our clients are unhappy with their stay.
We tried to satisfied all our guests like VIP person’s and making sure that all demands handle quickly, but it's very difficult to change the room in busy period and at the last moment.
We hope that this stay with us will not influence all trip in France Mrs Williams and they will come back again...
