Karen's Review Of This Property:

In a city with many fine hotels to choose from, I always find myself prejudiced by a property that distinguishes itself as a member of the Romantik chain of hotels. Not only does the Beaucour offer the very professional, yet personalized level of service associated with the chain, its location is excellent and the accommodation is extremely comfortable and well priced. Flags adorn the street-front exterior, and the reception is set back behind the arched entry. I stayed at the Beaucour when traveling on my own and was pleased to be able to just walk across the bridge to the heart of the old district. Convenient and safe, the location also eliminated the need for public transportation. For fine regional dining, be sure to ask about the hotel owner’s restaurants, the Maison Kammerzell and L’Alsace à Table, located nearby. A breakfast buffet is offered in the public dining room, or you can opt for the luxury of having a Continental breakfast delivered to your guestroom. The rooms are newly furnished and the use of country pines and provincial fabrics is quite attractive. Bathrooms are lovely and modern in their appointments and the plush towels and robes are luxurious. The guest register reflects the greatest praise a hotel can receive—a long list of returning clientele.
