The Saint Germain Left Bank Hôtel has a great location on a quiet street just off the Boulevard Saint Germain within comfortable walking distance of the Île de la Cité and the heart of the district with its narrow cobbled streets, many restaurants, and shops. The Saint Germain Left Bank also offers charming accommodation and very professional service. The entry is one of the most inviting in Paris with its handsome wood paneling, tapestries, paintings, and attractive furnishings. Set with tables, a cozy room tucked off the entry serves as an appealing spot for a breakfast of croissants, rolls, juice, and coffee, which can also be enjoyed in the privacy of your room. An elevator conveniently accesses the thirty-one rooms evenly distributed on six levels. Windows of rooms at the back open up to views of distant Nôtre Dame and the panorama improves with each floor. One of the largest rooms, 604 is termed a suite and enjoys views of church spires as does the smaller, charming 504. Attractive in their decor, often set under exposed beams, the air-conditioned rooms are comfortable, with writing desks, built-in armoires, direct-dial phones, wireless internet access, and modern bathrooms.
