Stufvenäs is an ancient site which was inhabited 5000 years ago. The inn dates from Queen Kristina´s time. Stufvenäs is situated in the Örarevets Nature Reserve which, because of its unusual vegetation, is of national interest. The inn´s present day buildings date from the end of the 16th Century.
The Berzelius family offers personal sevice. Fantastic countryside with a variety of flora and fauna. An old fashion atmosphere with comfort to match. Local products and specialities are served in the restaurant which also has a unique and well-stocked wine cellar.
