Molino del Santo

Originally an old grain and olive mill, the property was converted into an outstanding, friendly little resort by Pauline Elkin and Andy Chapell (formerly schoolteachers in England). The charming old water mill now houses the reception area, lounge, bar, and dining room. Guests enjoy eating on the flower-bedecked terrace listening to the millstream as it rushes by. Sparkling white-walled guestrooms in cozy cottages, most with their own terrace, have been added over the years—three are large enough to accommodate families All is simply but very tastefully decorated. The solar-heated pool and the immaculately kept gardens display the same touch of perfection. If you enjoy casual informality, for both price and ambiance, Molino del Santo is absolute perfection.
