Poland - Poland
The Pacoltowo Palace was constructed in 1794. It is situated in the western Masuria region in a beautiful post glacial landscape of the Dylewskie Hills. It was built on top of the highest hill in the vicinity which gives a spectacular view of meadows, fields and the woods spreading around.
These days the Pacoltowo Palace is a luxurious hotel and SPA, with plans of expansion and creation of horseback riding center with horse riding school and "Horse Theater". 2500 acres of meadows and woods around the Palace make the potential for horse riding, unique for Poland and even for Europe. Very close to the Palace 2 battles that affected the history took place - on the Grunwald fields - the biggest battle of middle ages and in Sudwa - a key battle of World War I.
The Palace offers wide range of attractions both for active time spending but also e.g. calm cameral concerts of classical music.
