Karen's Review Of This Property:

If you are more comfortable in a traditional hotel than in, say, a more adventurous island accommodation, Saratoga Inn is a good choice. This attractive, two-story, Cape Cod-style building with wraparound porch has a great location at the top of a bluff overlooking the water and is located conveniently in town. Downstairs, guests can enjoy a two-sided gas fireplace that divides a small sitting room, with lots of windows, from a small dining area. A buffet table in the latter is spread each morning with a full breakfast of hot and cold selections, and again in the afternoon with wine, cheese, and other special items made right on the premises. Though the inn itself is small, bedrooms are plenty sizeable with large windows. In design, they are contemporary, elegant, and cheerful. The upstairs rooms have high ceilings and the best views (request 6 or 7). Several have window seats—and a teddy bear, of course. All have gas fireplaces, color televisions, phones with data ports, and sparkling bathrooms with oversized, tiled showers. You’ll definitely want a room with a water view. The private Carriage House offers 650 square feet of privacy with its own kitchen, a king sleigh bed, claw-foot tub, fireplace, and deck overlooking the water. A Four Sister's Inn.

Directions: From the Mukilteo ferry, drive north on 525 for 3 miles, then turn right on Langley Road. At the stop sign just after the school at the edge of town, turn right on Cascade—the inn is on the left at the corner of Second.
