Welcome to Lysebu. Idyllic, fairytale location at the gateway to Nordmarka, only 20 minutes from Oslo centre. Lysebu was originally built in 1918 in the traditional Norwegian architectural style. The furnishings and environment correlate with the building’s original character, and Lysebu still resembles a royal estate. This impression is reinforced by the size and location of the property, providing a unique base for outdoor adventures. We pride ourselves in being able to provide our guests with the best of everything. We can satisfy even the most discerning of guests when it comes to food and drink. We arrange wine tasting or aperitifs before dinner in our wonderful wine cellar – a cosy, perfect and pleasant location for wine lovers.
