Olde Rhinebeck Inn

Originally built in the 1700’s, this early American inn is the fulfillment of a childhood dream for owner, Jonna Paolella. It was the historical lure of the Hudson River Valley that drew her to the town of Rhinebeck. Nestled to the side of a rural road amidst bedded gardens the inn exudes a richness and history that is very welcoming. Built of woods harvested from the land, the inside is hand hewn chestnut with pumpkin pine wide plank floors, low beamed ceilings, and buttermilk blue finishes. The entire inn is furnished with warm colors and an eclectic collection of locally purchased antiques. On the lower floor are two inviting and elegant bedrooms. The Deer Hill Suite is cheerful with a sitting room and an enclosed porch, and the Ryefield Suite, with an impressive queen sized canopied bed and extra sitting room is in a world of its own. Up the steep staircase leads you to the bright and airy Spirited Dove, and the spacious Plough & Harrow with a lovely outlook across a tree covered lawn. Also available just a few miles away is Apple Blossom Cottage (self-catered). The day begins at the Inn with a scrumptious gourmet country breakfast.
