More of a boutique hotel than a B&B. Beautiful fresh flowers at reception. Friendly staff. Nice room with a view (Rm 301). Clean. Bath was the starkest white with simple fixtures. Only 1 block off main area of Lewes. Good location for exploring the town. Nice, but somewhat overpriced. Not typical of other KB locations I have visited.
