Quinta Real Guadalajara

For many years we searched throughout Guadaljara for the perfect hotel, but sadly never found it. Happily, all that has changed, and dramatically so. With the opening of the Quinta Real, Guadalajara now has a hotel that is an absolute jewel: one that instantly captured our hearts. Conveniently located about a 15-minute taxi ride from the city’s historic center, in the upscale hotel zone, the hotel is appealing at first glance. From the street you pass under the canopied entry into an elegant atrium highlighted by a 250-year-old elephant tree and galleried walkways above adorned with greenery. Off to the right is an indoor-outdoor garden restaurant, a real beauty, which is a favorite spot for local families to bring their children for Sunday brunch. The heart of the hotel is its inner courtyard where fountains, trees, sculptures, and immaculately groomed gardens create a magical scene. The owner of the hotel is especially fond of angels, and if you look carefully you will see tiny angel statues and ornaments tucked into the lush garden greenery. Also in the garden is a splendid swimming pool. As you’d expect, the guestrooms are elegantly appointed and top-notch in every respect. Although the Quinta Real has fabulous amenities, its crowning glory is its superb, well-trained staff who strive to make every guest’s stay a happy one.
