In fact, everything about the place is crisp and new, from the white exterior to the pinewood-paneled entrance, bar, and dining room, modeled after the typical stuben style, with a wood-burning ceramic heater where Signora Stuflesser creates traditional meals made with cheeses, yoghurt, marmalades and bread. There is also a large international selection of over 400 wines. Comfortable bedrooms with balconies to the back overlooking green-wooded hills, the town below, and distant mountains are slightly higher in rate.
