Locanda is located in what to initially seem to appear a very isolated place, but we soon realized it was the perfect location to headquarter our short vacation.
The view from Locanda is just beautiful, very relaxing and quiet as well as all interiors. All this with the fine tastes of divine foods, beautiful scented wines, and typical products of the most hospitable and generous Mrs Susanna and her friends. We had a really good time and we are considering Locanda for future accommodations.

This was a stunning place although a bit more remote than we expected. The owner and the staff were wonderful, although English was limited. The food served by the live in couple was amazing and not to be missed and very well priced. Just remember that there is no evening meals on a Monday. The area has some great restaurants in the middle of nowhere! One in particular the St. Bagio Vecchio was wonderful and full even on a Monday night so it would always be wise to book. This was a stunning place although a bit more remote than we expected. The owner and the staff were wonderful, although English was limited. The food served by the live in couple was amazing and not to be missed and very well priced. Just remember that there is no evening meals on a Monday. The area has some great restaurants in the middle of nowhere! One in particular the St. Bagio Vecchio was wonderful and full even on a Monday night so it would always be wise to book. The views from the property were stunning. The pool was of a very good size and the lounges and chairs around the area were the most comfortable we have ever experienced. We booked the room with kitchen so we could have a fridge and the private terrace. Oh! yes it was worth it but the whole place is private so not really necessary. To sum it up if you like seclusion and just want to unwind, this is the place for you.
